SMG participated in early conceptual design charrettes with planners and city leaders to capture the vision and values of the community in
SMG assisted planners in arena program development to ensure that the facility would capable of meeting current industry and market needs, while maintaining the flexibility to accommodate prospective primary tenants.
Design and operations review involved providing input relative to food and beverage operations, tenant requirements, revenue enhancements, furniture, fixtures and equipment, purchasing services and important aspects of the functionality of the facility.
SMG executed a comprehensive schedule of grand opening activities which created substantial regional and national media recognition while generating significant support and excitement from the community.
